There is no minimum order.

PRICE OF ITEMS

 All prices quoted include GST.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payment by:

• Paypal
• Visa and Mastercard
• Cheque
• Money Order
• Bartercard

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours advising you of the toal cost including any discounts offered and postage charges.  Orders will be processed as soon as funds are received.

To pay via credit card, select the "pay pal" option.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

Upon verification of payment, your order will be dispatched by Australia Post within 3 working days.

Postage and handling charges for all orders are as follows:

• Flat rate postage within Australia $6.00
• Free postage for all orders over $40.00
• Free delivery for all orders over $15.00 if within the local area.

Please note: larger items may incur a higher rate of postage but you will be notified if this will occur.

If you wish to have your order sent as Registered Post, this will incur a fee of $2.00.  we recommend Registered Post for any orders over $50.00 as Australia Post does not cover lost or damaged goods over this amount for uninsured items.

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDER ITEMS

We endeavour to update our website daily on available items, but on the off chance the item you have purchased is out of stock, we will place the item on backorder for you.  You will be contacted when the item is back in stock, whereby you will have the option to purchase it immediately or include it with another order.

REFUND POLICY

At time of packing your order, we will endeavour to ensure all items are packaged correctly and in good condition, but upon receiving your order if an item is incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order via email.

Upon confirmation from us, the items must be returned in their original packaging.  Postage will be credited to you once the items are received and deemed to be in the condition they were sent out.

in the event you receive an item you no longer want after you have placed your order, it is at our discretion to either exchange the item, refund the purchase amount, or issue a credit - providing

• the item is returned in its original and unopened packaging
• we are contaced within the 72 hours of receiving your delivery.  

Please note we will not cover postage and handling costs for these returned items.
